You can help as fund established for "Sunny" Peverley
Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 7:08AM Popular club member Suntat "Sunny" Peverley was taken from us through a tragic loss in a bicycle versus auto accident last week. The story was related in the Union-Tribune.
The family has been hit with financial issues that can come from this type of event, especially since the bread winner of the family has been taken and there is a 7-year-old daughter and a high school son who require support and proper education.
We all can feel our own mortality and realize that this situation could be any of us as we ride our bikes on city streets and rural roads.
As a community, both cyclists and others are trying to assist the family and have created a fund to which any person can donate. Although the fund is not tax deductible, donating to it is something we can all do to help Sunny's family and future generation.
