Welcome to the San Diego Cyclo-Vets Family Membership application page. The club thanks you for your interest and values your membership.

The cost for an annual family membership is $20. Memberships are valid through Dec. 31, 2010.

Completing the process is easy.

First, have one member of your family complete an Individual Membership. Then complete the online form at right for a Family Membership. Each family member must fill out a separate form. You will receive an email confirmation after successfully completing the form.

Your credit card statement will show a charge from Coat Publications, operator of the Cyclo-Vet Online Store, for this transaction.
