Welcome to the San Diego Cyclo-Vets membership application page. The club thanks you for your interest and values your membership.

You have several easy-to-use options to become a member of the club, or to renew your membership. All memberships will be valid until Dec. 31, 2010.

Individual Membership
Join the club or renew your membership by completing the online form at right. After completing the form and hitting the Submit Form button at the bottom of the page, you will receive a confirmation email. The cost is $45 through Dec. 31, 2009 and $50 after that.

Additional Family Member
Take advantage of the great value offered by additonal family memberships. The cost for an additional family member is $15 through Dec. 31, 2009 and $20 after that. First, have one member of the family complete an Individual Membership (form at right). Then, click here to access the online form for Additional Family Memberships. Each family member must fill out a separate form.

Print forms
A downloadable 2010 Membership Application, which can be printed out and mailed in, also is available. Instructions for check preparation and mailing are on the form, which can be used for either an Individual or Family Membership.. Access the PDF form at:

Honorary Memberships
Membership is free to those who meet any of the following five Options:

Option 1: Past or present gold medalist in the USCF national championships

Option 2: Past or present USCF national records holder.

Option 3: Gold medalist in the USCF state championships.            

Option 4: Placed 2 – 5 in USCF National Championship for the immediately preceding year.

Option 5: Placed 2 – 3 in USCF State Championships for the immediately preceding year.

Members must be current members and have Cyclo-Vets as their designated club on their USCF license and must wear the current Cyclo-Vets jersey at all racing events in which they participate, unless eligible to wear a current championship jersey.

Honorary members are required to fill out and mail in a printed form.

Why provide honorary membership?

State Champions earn the right to wear a state championship jersey, but must buy one. The Board decided to pay for the state championship jersey of any club member who earned the right to wear one and give such riders a free club membership. As National Champions and US Record Holders were thought to have achieved at least as much, they were added to the policy. As the club's general race reimbursement policy is based on participation rather than competitive results, the Board felt honorary membership was one of the few ways to award and recognize Championship racing achievement.

Family Membership
After completing the Individual Form below, you will be eligible to access and complete the Family Membership form for family members who are renewing/joining as 2010 members. It's a great deal.
