2006 Race Reimbursement Program: Download 2006 Form
Submitted by Hugo Lepur, hlepur [@] gmail [dot] com , Aug 22, 2006 .

The Cyclo Vet's calendar race season is nearing an end.  It's time to fill out the attached race form to be eligible for points reimbursement. This is just another great benefit for being a Cyclo-Vet member!  If you decide you do not need nor want the reimbursement, you can always donate it back to the club.  But the club only benefits if you complete the form and send it in.  Read the attached for requirements.  Any questions please contact Hugo Lepur at hlepur [@] gmail [dot] com  or (619)540-6664.

Background, Previously Published:

Most rules of the program were adopted in April, 1994. Dollar amounts were increased at the Board meeting in August, 2003. There are two parts to the program, 1) race points proper and 2) travel reimbursement.

I. RACE POINTS are earned by entering and starting a race, but not necessarily medalling or even finishing the race. Racers must be current members, wear the current club jersey (or national/state award jersey), and do some volunteer work for the club in the current points year - mid September through mid September. Each member is limited to a maximum of $400 in race points reimbursement.
